Win Tickets to 25th Anniversary Screening of Bhaji on the Beach!

Tuesday 16 January, 8:30pm, BFI Southbank

We are delighted to be partnering with the BFI to present the 25th-anniversary screening of WFTV Patron Gurinder Chadha’s debut feature film, Bhaji on the Beach, a comedy-drama that uses a day trip to Blackpool as a way to look at issues in the British Asian community – where old traditions and new ways make for uncomfortable situations. Chadha, now recognised as the most prolific woman making feature films in the UK, will take part in a post-screening Q&A hosted by WFTV’s CEO, Kate Kinninmont.

Ticket Giveaway!

We have some tickets to the event to give away. Simply answer the below question and send your responses to jenny@wftv.org.uk by noon on Friday 12 January to be in with a chance of winning. Winners will be notified shortly after the competition closes. Good luck!
