Doc Society’s New Perspectives seed fund is an international film fund supporting the development of documentary features on issues of social justice, driven by filmmakers who exhibit a unique perspective granted by their connection to the community of issue at hand.
The David Lyle Foundation scholarships are worth US$10,000 to two successful applicants. Each scholarship includes VIP access to leading international markets and festivals, a mentorship program, and a selection of complimentary subscriptions to leading trade publications and organisation services. It also includes $5,000 towards flights, hotels and expenses.
This British Council Film and BFI NETWORK scheme is designed to support filmmakers looking to develop skillsets and networks internationally and is focused around eight international training labs. The fund will offer bursaries to contribute towards the cost of course fees, travel and accommodation.
