WFTV members selected for London Calling

We were delighted to see three WFTV members amongst those commissioned by Film London for this year’s London Calling short film scheme, which showcases the talent, creativity and incredible storytelling powers of the capital’s filmmakers.

2015 WFTV mentee Christiana Ebohon-Green will direct Support, a film about two siblings who give the doctor permission to end treatment on their comatose father.

Louise Marie Cooke is the writer/director of Breathe, about a young woman who struggles to come to terms with the death of a stranger, using his brother to gain closure.

Emma Parsons will produce The Bitter Sea, about an immigrant single mother who has to hide her daughter from her boss and landlord to keep her job and home in London.

Congratulations to them and to all the selected teams.
