Triple Win for Three Girls at BAFTA TV Craft Awards

The Three Girls creative team at the WFTV Awards

WFTV Awards history-making drama Three Girls continues to garner industry recognition, picking up three gongs at the 2018 BAFTA TV Craft Awards.

Philippa Lowthorpe won the Director: Fiction Award, Úna Ni Dhonghaile won the Editing: Fiction Award, and Nicole Taylor won the Writer: Drama Award.

In December 2017, the Three Girls creative team made WFTV Awards history, picking up 4 separate awards, the first single programme to do so in the ceremony’s 27 year history.

Also celebrating a BAFTA TV Craft Award win was comedy writer and performer, Daisy May Cooper. Daisy and her brother Charlie won the Breakthrough Talent Award for writing This Country, the cult comedy they also star in. In 2017, Daisy won the New Talent Award at the WFTV Awards.

Huge congratulations to them and to all the winners on the night.
