About the Event

Join WFTV for a conversation with some of the team behind the new series of the hit BBC One and BBC Wales drama The Pact. Confirmed panellists Rakie Ayola, Pete McTighe, Elwen Rowlands, Nicole Volavka and Christiana Ebohon-Green.

Produced by Cardiff-based production company Little Door Productions and co-commissioned by BBC Drama and BBC Wales, the second series of The Pact brings to screens a brand-new story and cast.

The Pact Series 2 follows social worker Christine (Rakie Ayola) and her family whose loyalties are tested when they’re confronted by a stranger.

Christine’s family, oldest son Will (Lloyd Everitt), youngest son Jamie (Aaron Anthony) and daughter Megan (Mali Ann Rees), are trying to get on with their lives after the recent tragic death of their brother Liam. As they look forward to Megan’s wedding, the family have their lives turned upside down when a stranger, Connor (Jordan Wilks), arrives in town claiming a connection that nobody could have imagined. As buried secrets come to light, they must consider who they are and grapple with morality and divided loyalty. As their lives spiral out of control, a terrible pact may be all that can save them.

As with Series 1, The Pact Series 2 will explore secrets and their consequences – it’s another edge-of-the-seat morality tale with loveable, complex characters under extreme pressure, navigating blood ties and divided loyalties while facing the ghosts of their past.

Hosted by BBC Radio Wales presenter Aleighcia Scott, the panel will discuss their roles in the new series, experience filming in and around Wales and the significance of location to the story.

WFTV members who registed before Monday 03 October at 12pm, will have the opportunity to receive a screening link to watch episodes 1 and 2 of the new series in advance of the panel.
