Calling all self-critical over-achievers (and if you are thinking, ‘I’m not an over-achiever’ and you are working in this industry, you’ve just proved my point)!  It’s time to stop comparing yourself negatively to others and beating yourself up and own who YOU are.  Often times, we judge ourselves against other’s standards or society’s metrics and find ourselves wanting.  This leads to us ignoring all the many talents, skills and achievements we have and completely missing what we have to celebrate, promote and sell.  This in turn affects self-belief and holds us back.  True confidence starts from knowing who you are, what you want and how you operate.  How do we even begin to know this?  Join this session and find out.

Tracy Forsyth, Senior Leadership Coach

Tracy is a coach and mentor working with some of the most senior leaders and founders across the creative industries. In addition to being a Director of Mentoring at Women in Film & TV, she is Board Advisor to Channel 4’s Indie Growth Fund, Onboarding Coach for Indigo Talent and the Founder of Fast Track to Fearless, her academy for career confidence and fearless leadership. Tracy has worked in the global television industry for 30 years both in production and commissioning, and, as Genre Director of Entertainment and Formats at BBC Studios, she oversaw the investment into and international distribution of unscripted content of titles such as Dancing with the Stars, Top Gear and Bake Off. A passionate believer in the power of holistic wellbeing, she is a qualified 500 hour advanced yoga teacher and creator of the innovative Yoga in the Boardroom brand.

How will the online event work?

This event will be live streamed via Zoom.us. Viewing details will be sent via your confirmation.

Attending participants will not be visible to others and will be muted throughout the session. After the talk, there will be an opportunity for audience members to ask questions by using the Q&A feature.
