About the Event
WFTV members are invited to attend this in person workshop with Women Behind the Camera, Demystifying the Camera Department. This event is aimed specifically at female producers who are keen to develop their understanding of the camera department's role during production preparation.
We'll explore in detail the concept of camera tests, providing insights into their importance and how they contribute to the overall process, as well as key technical topics such as camera sensors and resolution, discussing how these factors impact the final product and production.
With the objective of empowering women in a largely male dominated industry, you'll come away equipped with the essential knowledge to make informed decisions and understand the technical aspects that affect your projects as a producer.
Speakers will include Rozemarijn Stokkel (1st AC), Marta Vitiello (Technical Demonstrator | ARRI) & Laura Redpath (Digital Imaging Technician).
