Beat Imposter Syndrome – and find out why so many of us have it!

In this wellbeing workshop with Sue Belton you will discover why you’re not alone in often feeling like a fake or a fraud, why you never feel like you ever get ‘there’ or feel ‘good enough’ for the task in hand (despite evidence to the contrary), and why you brush aside any achievements, and any praise that comes your way. You will learn the root causes and sources of these feelings and beliefs, and be given a set of tools and techniques to start overcoming what is widely known as Imposter Syndrome (although it’s not actually a syndrome – more on this on the night 😉).

You will find out that unless addressed, this is the single most damaging set of beliefs and behaviours for both your career and your personal life.

Sue Belton,, specialises in coaching ambitious established professionals who have a track record of achieving great things, but now want more meaning to their work, want to overcome self-doubt, want more influence and impact, and work smarter not harder so they can spend more time with family and friends. Over the past twelve years she’s helped individual and organisation-sponsored clients to identify and break through blockages and limiting beliefs; develop their emotional intelligence; build resilience; improve self-belief; find a renewed focus and direction; and design a more balanced and meaningful life. Sue’s book How To Change Your Life In 5 comes out on April 16th
