In the first session of our new interview strand, mentoring producer, Tracy Forsyth explores the stories of women from a diverse background working in the industry today. Tonight’s is a thought-provoking chat with Ching He Huang. Ching is a self made businesswoman and globally renowned TV chef & best-selling writer who now produces both unscripted and scripted content. She discusses with Tracy how she forged her career and her thoughts on diversity in the industry.
Ching He Huang, International Emmy nominated TV chef & cookery author has become an ambassador of Chinese cooking around the world. Born in Taiwan, raised in South Africa and U.K., cookery was a vital connection between Ching and her Chinese heritage. She is a product innovator, developer, brand ambassador, brand partner, media influencer and extremely successful collaborator.

Tracy is the mentoring scheme producer for WFTV London based mentoring scheme. She is also a creative mentor to the Channel 4 Indie Growth Fund Advisory Board, and creator and host of Yoga in the Boardroom.

How will the online event work?
This event will be live streamed via Zoom.us. Viewing details will be sent via your Eventbrite confirmation. Participants accessing the live stream will have their audio muted on arrival, you will be visible to the other participants. After the talk, there will be an opportunity for a Q&A with live stream participants.
