Over the last few months, digital platforms have helped us stay connected on both a personal and professional level more than ever. Throughout the How to use social media efficiently events strand we will be exploring how you can best use these platforms to share and promote your work and grow your audience.

Speaking to experts, we will looking at tips and tricks around maximising your professional online brand. Looking at how to navigate each platform to showcase your work with online platforms to be able to get it seen, develop your career, find job prospects and grow connections with collaborators.

In this session, Louise is going to be how to optimise your LinkedIn profile, talking strategy and planning, post frequency and looking at the content that you share to help your connections and engagement on the platform.

Louise Brogan works as a consultant helping businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals to raise their profile through LinkedIn. Louise’s style is to explain how to do things online in a simple, straightforward way.

Louise is an international speaker, having spoken on LinkedIn at conferences in California, USA, England, Dublin and also co-hosted two conferences in Northern Ireland.

In 2017, Louise was listed in the Small Business Saturday Top 100 Small Businesses in the UK, and in March 2018, Louise was listed as one of the Top 50 Small Business Advisors in the UK by Enterprise Nation.  In 2019, Louise was invited to attend No 10 Downing Street to represent small business from NI in discussions around Brexit, and to the House of Lords as one of 12 UK Local Heroes for Business.
