We are delighted to announce the WFTV Mentoring Scheme to its members. This a programme that will involve experienced WFTV members mentoring those newer to the industry. 

We have had marvellous success in the past with our Directing Change and Technical Change programmes, the latter being recognised recently by a Skillset award!

This new 2008 programme is a Member to Member scheme and applications are now being invited from those interested in being a Mentor or a Mentee. 

We are particularly keen in receiving applications from those interested in being a mentor.

As a pilot scheme and to ensure that everyone achieves the best possible outcomes, we may have to limit the number of mentees, so please be aware that you may be involved in a selection process.  However, we are keen to include as many people as we possibly can.
